Under Events, choose either 1- Add An Event, to add a new event or 2- View All, in order to edit an event already in the system. Enter the info in all the fields and hit submit and it’s live! (Note that in order to cause an event to be recurring, just click all appropriate dates you need in the calendar section of the Add An Event page). To edit an event that has passed, go to Events: View All (Edit) and click on the place on the top right-hand side of the page that says ‘Show Expired Events.’ You can change the date (and any other details) to make the event current again. This is especially helpful if you have monthly or yearly events – so that you don’t have to enter all the information in multiple times. You can also add pictures, PDFs, and/or Word documents to an Event through ‘Add Media’ at the bottom of the page (see ‘Add Media’ instructions under News – it works the same way.)
