Click on Forums and you’ll be able to Add A Forum, Edit a Forum, or Delete a Forum. When Editing a Forum you can also move a Forum from one category to another.
Forum Topics: In this interface you can also click on the ‘Topics In This Forum’ icon to edit or delete topics under any associated Forum.
Forum Responses: Also, from this point you can click the same icon to access Responses associated with a particular Topic, which you can also edit or remove.
