If You're Using Outlook:
First

  1. Log into your webmail on a web browser
  2. Right-click on Trash & click Purge "Trash"
  3. Click on the dropdown menu next to your email address & click Settings
  4. Click on General Settings > Email Options
  5. Under Trash Options, uncheck both settings
  6. Go into all of your folders & delete everything you can


Second

  1. Open Outlook, click the TOOLS menu, and select EMAIL ACCOUNTS
  2. Select VIEW OR CHANGE EXISTING EMAIL ACCOUNTS and click Next. Now double click on the account you want to change
  3. Click MORE SETTINGS > ADVANCED
  4. Under DELIVERY, uncheck LEAVE A COPY OF MESSAGES ON THE SERVER
  5. Lower the number of days that messages stay on the server
  6. Click OK



If You're Not Using Outlook:
