Click on ADD A CONTACT in order to add a contact through the Control Panel. All that 1-is required is the email address and 2-that you click the group membership that is appropriate (in this case eNewsletter Subscribers), but you can also enter the person’s first and last name if you wish. It does not affect the e-newsletter system either way. Other options for entering contacts are: 1-to enter the person’s email address directly into the homepage ‘enewsletter signup’ on the website 2-If you have more than several email addresses you want to import into the E-Newsletter database, you can provide that to WideNet in a comma delimited file or in an Excel spreadsheet and we can manually import them.
